1. How Do I Order?
For Institutions:
We accept Purchase Orders by email/Fax/Post. The books shall be dispatched to you along with the invoice for payment. You can make the payment after receipt of the books in good condition
Returns:
We accept returns for all damaged books/ Wrong Supply and shall pay for the returns.
Types of Orders Accepted
1 Monograph Orders
2 Serial Orders for Journals having a specific Periodicity
3 Standing Orders for Multivolume Sets
4 Reportable Orders for Multivolume Sets - Some multivolume sets take years to be completed and blocking funds
every year for it is a wastage of resources and the set might become irrelevant to your library after a period of years.
Hence Libraries can set up reportable orders where future volumes, when published, will be notified to you along with the cost and then you can decide on purchasing.
5 Blanket Orders / Approval Orders - We handle Blanket Orders or Approval Orders.
You can setup subject Profiles - as broad as you want or as narrow as you would like it.
It could be Books on the Economy of South East Asian Countries published in South East Asia - excluding Official Publications.
OR
Books published by the Government Oriental Manuscripts Library, Trivandrum - Both in and out of their series publications.
OR
Publications of the Ministry of Home Affairs - Government of India.
You can also set it up, so that it is reported to you periodically as a list and you can select the same.
Individuals
You can order as the same as Institutions, except payment has to be made in advance - unless you have prior arrangement with us.
Currency of Invoice :
Our Main Currency of Invoicing is US Dollars.
We also invoice in other Convertible Currencies Like Pounds Sterling, Euro, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars etc., If you prefer a currency other than US Dollars, please mention it while ordering.
2. How do i Make Payments?
We accept Cheques/Drafts in the currency of the Invoice, payable in your country or in USA. We also accept Credit Card Payments - Master Card, Visa & American Express, as well as paypal.

For Credit Card Payments, You can do it online or you can fax us the Card Details.
We would need the Card #, Expiry Date, Name and Address as well as your signature to authorizing the amount to be charged to the card.
3. What are the Types of Materials you handle?
We handle Information Products (Books, Periodicals, Digital Products (CD, VCD, DVD), Audio/Video Cassettes, Maps etc.,)
published in South Asia (Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives), Southeast Asia( Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines)
and East Asia (Hong Kong SAR, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan) and Australia and New Zealand (Products Mainly dealing with Asia)
We have Offices and Liaison Agents in Most of the above countries to handle your requests for information and supply. We also handle products in the vernacular languages of the respective countries.
