Project Belonging: From There to Here is the comeback exhibition of Isabel & Alfredo Aquilizan since their return, and the first exhibition of Enrique Marty in the Philippines. The title thus combines the concepts of 'being,' 'longing' and 'belonging' where ' to be' is to yearn for what has been missed; and 'to belong' is to find one's place again after being in a space in between. 'Belonging" is also a gesture of hospitality to the foreign guest, who, like the Aquilizans, have travelled from there to here.
