Journal of International and Comparative Law (JICL) is an exciting, new, academically refereed journal which promotes truly international legal research and scholarship encouraging new insights into law. The 2014 volume carries articles on a wide range of topics such as regulation of hydraulic fracturing, aviation and climate change, internationalization of competition law, democratizing international arbitration, secondary industrial action under European and international human rights law, planning permission and nuisance, international offences and South African courts, pluralism and faith based services, constitutionalizing human dignity, international criminal law, consumer protection and reforming WTO’s regulatory system.
