Phan Khoi (1887-1959) is one of the big names of Vietnamese journalism, literature and ideology in the twentieth century. Phan Khoi's press activities in the years 1917-1924 associated with the newspapers Nam Phong, Thuc Nghiep Dan Bao and Huu Thanh published in Hanoi, Quoc Dan Dien Dan, Luc Tinh Tan Van published in Saigon. These are the first years in the life of journalist Phan Khoi.
