65 years ago, Vietnam fell into a special historical period: temporarily divided into two South - North regions according to the final declaration of the Geneva Agreement (July 21, 1954). This is also the beginning of the continuous 21 years after that, the whole country entered a fierce confrontation with mourning; and the implications for socio-culture left many negative effects later. One of the witnesses of that historical period gathered his notes and published them in the book '21 years of reconnecting the two river's banks'.
