Since ancient times, traditional games and children's songs have a very important role and meaning in the cultural and spiritual life of Vietnamese people. Traditional games and rhymes closely associated with daily life, production activities, customs, practices ..., of Vietnamese people from high mountains to the plains and coastal areas. Most traditional games are available in most living environments, including some festivals. The folk games are the invisible cultural circle that connects the community, attracting a lot of old people - young, men and women to participate and cheer. Its rich diversity, aesthetic sense, art, and community connection have created beauty in the cultural identity of each region in particular and the nation in general. Collecting and reorganizing traditional games and children's songs is a work that contributes to preserving and spreading the values of traditional Vietnamese culture.
