The market economy can only develop in a healthy and appropriate legal environment. In order to have a healthy and appropriate legal environment for building a market economy, synchronization of private law plays an important role. Vietnamese law is currently in a relatively large and complex situation, causing undesirable impacts on the business legal environment and causing difficulties for economic and social development. In the great disparity of private law, it is necessary to first mention the lack of thorough and detailed consideration when establishing a number of regulations in the private law area that make it difficult for the public law area.
