Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has a rich culture. Batik is one of the Nation’s works of art that is a source of pride in the eyes of the world. The contents of the book are divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter discusses the definition of batik, the purpose of batik, Indonesian batik, the spread of batik and recognition of batik as world heritage by Unesco. The second chapter discusses batik creation and techniques and the third chapter discusses batik and tourism, namely Cirebon Batik, Pekalongan batik village, Semarang Batik, Laweyan batik village, Kauman Solo Batik village, Yogyakarta Giriloyo Imogiri Batik, Lasem Batik, Jetis Sidoarjo Batik Village, and Banyuwangi Batik.
