The exhibition presents thirteen artworks elaborating images of key moments during the Myanmar Spring Revolution, which started in opposition to the coup d'etat staged by the military led by General Min Aung Hlaing on 1 February 2021. The artworks by Argentine artist Marcelo Brodsky aestheticize snapshots from the protests in a way that evocates people's emotions, courage and commitment to return democracy at all costs. The exhibition thus leverages visual art to raise public awareness of and to express solidarity with the cause of the civil movement in Myanmar and their struggle for freedom, democracy and human rights.
