This report was created to present the stories of people who are under special laws, focusing on studying their stories. The lives of Malay Muslim people who have been referred to law enforcement and carry out the execution or what we know as “Extrajudicial killings by the state”. The main goal of enforcing the law is to protect the public and increase confidence in the work of officials.
