Ghazal Malaysia terdiri daripada dua jenis ghazal iaitu, ghazal Johor dan ghazal parti. Ghazal Johor terdapat di selatan Semenanjung Malaysia, iaitu di negeri Johor, manakala ghazal parti pula terdapat di beberapa buah negeri di utara Semenanjung Malaysia seperti di Pulau Pinang, Kedah dan utara Perak. Buku ini membincangkan dua jenis ghazal itu, dari segi persamaan dan perbezaannya. Di dalam Festival Ghazal Malaysia yang pertama kali diadakan pada 2022, dua kumpulan ghazal telah membuat persembuhan iaitu, Ghazal Sri Putera dari Johor dan Ajinda Ghazal Parti Kepala Batas dari Pulau Pinang. Buku ini membawa satu pendekatan baharu di mana membaca dan menonton menjadi satu entiti di dalam buku ini dan akan membuat satu apresiasi seni persembahan gharal Malaysia yang luar biasa menerusi satu media sosial. Dengan membuat imbasan pada foto-foto tertentu di dalam buku ini, pembaca akan menonton persembahan mereka di dalam festival tersebut. *** The Malaysian ghazal consists of two types of ghazal performed by two different types of ghazal groups. The first type is ghazal Johor. Ghazal Johor is found in Johor, the south of Peninsular Malaysia. The second type is ghazal parti. Ghazal Johor is found in Johor while ghazal parts is found in several states in the north of Peninsular Malaysia such as Penang, Kedah and northern Perak. This book discusses the similarities and the differences of the two ghazals. In the first Malaysian Ghazal Festival which was held in 2022, two ghazal groups, Ghazal Sri Putera from Johor and Ajinda Ghazal Parti Kepala Batas from Penang were invited to perform.
