This book presents the general framework of alternative work arrangement according to the historical perspective (transition experienced by communities) and presents a comparison between the existing alternative work arrangements as applicable to private and public sectors. This book also presents a glimpse on how the author proposed before the Civil Service Commission to allow telecommuting in the public sector as early as 2016. Also, the book presents the criticisms of the author on the Philippine Telecommuting Law of 2019.
