The Author Dr Bola Olaosebikan, OON is a medical doctor, writer, author, publisher, consultant, and nationalist. He has been writing for many years. He believes that a lot can be done to improve human conditions through adequate communication of strategic information, knowledge and enlightenment that empower the people. He believes that society can be transformed through this approach, by building human capacity and understanding of dynamics for progress and development in the society. He is the Founder of the first health magazine in sub-Sahara Africa, Healthcare, which he founded in 1986. The author is also the founder and champion. Healthcare Magazine International Award introduced in 1990 to promote excellence in leadership and development in health care in Nigeria and Africa. The author has through his consistent work and writings published many books, presented programs on mass media, travelled to 30 states in Nigeria, been to many Africa countries, many countries in Europe, America, Canada, Asia, Saudi Arabia etc. The author, Dr Olaosebikan is a thinker with cosmopolitan and global views. The author also campaigned for the freedom Nelson Mandela in the 80's till Madiba was releases in 1992 and he received a personal letter from Mandela. He is impressed with Jakande uncommon leadership qualities and that’s the reason essence of this book, who believe that Africa should open schools on leaderships and produce more leaders like Jakande.
