Mark, one of the early believers, wrote one of the most vivid of the synoptic gospels. Chapter Six of this gospel, which is the subject of this book, tells the story of the tragic beheading of John the Baptist. A perfunctory reading of this story would not reveal the life changing lessons, inferences and conclusions from it. This book brings out some critical lessons and gives understanding of important issues pertaining to the Christian faith.
