The purpose of this book is to celebrate the uniqueness of Sabah's rich cultural traditions through her handicrafts. Divided into four main chapters, this book gives an overview of a range of handicrafts from bamboo and rattan to textiles, beads, wood and metal. Since Sabah has 42 ethnic groups, each with their distinctive handmade crafts, it was not an easy task to decide what to feature and what to leave out.
