The book is divided into three chapters: "Katawaredoki," which records the beautiful "katawaredoki" moments of Osakikamijima that touch the heart; "The Four Seasons of the Island," which focuses on the changing of the seasons; and "Island Life," which offers a glimpse into the interactions and lifestyles of the island's people.
