In a broad sense, the subject "Public Administration" refers to the art and science of managing governmental affairs at local, national and international levels. This can be said to mean arrangements and processes by which the policies, programmes, purposes and goals of government are fulfilled. It is in this line of thought that this book aims at exploring the fundamental issues in modern public administration in Nigeria.
