Pakistan - Splendors of the Yore is an informally structured attempt to capture the substance of eras gone by, based on the author's personal collection of predominantly "old" Pakistan related ephemera, coins, postcards, photographs, rare books, advertisements, metal art, and memorabilia. The visual compilation of pictures is infused with a few lines of text in every chapter to give some context to the readers. The pictures are largely unedited and provide a rare view into the past-like a time machine zooming through a colorful kaleidoscope representing the lives and times of the various generations before us.
