In "Incumbent" Zam Zam highlights the key vices that can threaten the peace in Uganda including corruption, political intolerance of the operations of political parties in a democratic society , disregard of the rule of law and the operation of "safe houses" for the, operations of security forces that do not respect human rights and flawed electoral process characterized by vote buying and monetization. Incumbent reviews the issues relating to fraudulent land acquisitions as well as the plight of ordinary Ugandans for land in light of the Carbon credits.
