Nguyen Duc Nung, born in 1914 and died in 1983, was a famous painter in modern Vietnamese painting. In 1933, he passed the entrance exam to the Indochina College of Fine Arts and after 5 years of study, he passed the valedictorian in the graduation exam of the IX course (1933-1938).
