Thi tran tro thanh mot di đia, mot khong gian di thuong, mot tram trung chuyen ky uc, noi cac lop thoi gian va khong gian chong lap, lech pha, nhieu loan, tham chi triet tieu trong no luc gianh lai quyen phat ngon cho nhung đieu đa bi đe nen. ; "BONG FISH TOWN" is a place where people silently live with deep nostalgia, loss and things that cannot be named: fathers lose children, children lose fathers, wives lose husbands, lovers lose lovers, people lose their past, people lose their future... The silent identities carry a silent sadness, all of which create a tender portrait of a town that exists in the mind. Dinh Phuong does not follow a linear narrative style, but deploys a nonlinear narrative discourse, where memory operates like a labyrinth of reminiscences and trauma. The town becomes a strange place, an anomalous space, a memory transit station, where layers of time and space overlap, out of phase, disturbance, even suppression in an attempt to regain the right to speak for what has been suppressed.
