From the Window of this Epoch is a bilingual anthology of 100 poems by 73 Malaysian and Singaporean poets. The theme of this anthology is ‘relationship and humanity’, but one which gives rise to the poets’ anxieties and warnings of a societal crisis in the wake of globalization, as well as their ideas and views on current events in both countries from a poetic angle. The aim of this Malaysian-Singaporean anthology is to foster closer ties between the poets of both countries.
