In June 2011, 30 activists from Parti Socialis Malaysia (PSM), including two juveniles, were arrested and accused of waging war against the King (Section 122 of the Penal Code) and trying to revive communist ideology. Six of them were later released and rearrested under the Emergency Ordinance and detained for a month.
