The book describes the author’s experiencing with other teenagers living in the Mobile Child Unit in Democratic Kampuchea’s ‘killing fields’ regime. The book reveals the darken time when the author and his generation faced with hard labour without adequate food and health care, death threats, tortures, and murders. What described in the book is for the young generation’s awareness of Cambodia’s nightmare, and could be an additional memoir for the Khmer Rouge Tribunal to consider the serious child rights violation, a part of crimes against humanity, in the inner Democratic Kampuchea regime in 1975-1979.
