The primary objective of this book is to empirical examine the realtionships between four critical technology transfer characteristics; knowledge, technology recipient, technology supplier, relationship characteristic and degree of inter-firm technology in international joint ventures in a single holistic model. The theorical model and hypothesis in this study were tested using data gathered from 128 joint venture companies registered with the Registration of Companies in Malaysia.
