This book provides a detailed critical account of human rights and civil liberties in Nigeria. It analyses the opinions of the courts and legal jurists. Furthermore, particular attention is paid to some collection of important materials and documents from International law through the Human Rights Commission, the African Commission and the African Court on Human and Peoples rights and selected judgments of the Ecowas Court of Justice.
