Mme Nguyen Thi Binh (born 1927) is a Vietnamese female politician. She was the head of the delegation representing the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of Vietnam South at the Four-Party Conference on Peace for Vietnam in Paris in the period 1968-1973. She was one of the representatives of the parties signing the Paris Agreement in 1973. She also served as Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 1992 to 2002. After retirement she continued to chair Vietnam child protection fund, President of Vietnam Peace and Development Fund. In whatever position, she also represents a responsible person to the people, the country.
