The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Book, published by the UP Law Center, expands upon existing literature on PPP contracts and R.A. 7718 (Build-Operate-Transfer Law) as an explicit guide to negotiating and structuring contracts. It is a collaboration between the UP Institute of Government and Law Reform and the PPP Center, with the cooperation of the Department of Transportation, and Department of Finance. The book features a complete pre-configured contract template, and provision-by-provision samples drawn from previous actual partnerships in the Philippines to facilitate customized adjustments to the document. This manual will provide investors with clear and comprehensive know-how on PPP contracts.
