This book is a humble contribution of the University of the Philippines Law Center – Institute of Human Rights (IHR) towards the promotion and protection of the rights of the Child. It shatters the myth of bullying as a rite of passage for children in schools and sheds light on this oft-misunderstood concept. It further provides a critical analysis of the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 and assists duty bearers in the performance of their obligations.
