For the first time, the White Book 2019 has provided information on all areas managed by the Ministry of Information and Communications such as: post and telecommunications; information technology applications; network information security; information technology industry - electronics and telecommunications; newspaper and media. The data in the White Paper is aggregated from the reports of the ministries, branches and localities; training institutions, associations, IT enterprises and units in the Ministry of Information and Communications. The statistics in the White Paper reflect the current state of development of information and communication technology updated to December 31, 2018. Particularly, data and information on legal documents was updated until November 30, 2019.
