Dao Duy Anh (1904 - 1988) is a historian, geographer, linguist, famous researcher of culture, religion, and folklore of Vietnam. He is considered the pioneer for many social sciences in Vietnam. Dao Duy Anh's life and career is the journey from patriotism, love of national culture to scientific activities.
