This book incorporates a discussion of the “2019 Proposed Amendments to the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure” (A.M. No. 19-10-20-SC) which took effect on May 01, 2020, as well as the recent resolutions and circulars of the Supreme Court, as they relate to and affect the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. To facilitate the understanding of the different provisions, the most recent and relevant jurisprudence are discussed and analyzed.
