The discussion of this book on partnership is sequenced in such a way that all the incidents of the partnership business starting from incorporation, management of the business, liabilities of the partners are discussed without necessarily paying attention to the arrangement of the Civil Code provisions. Rather, the correlation of each provision in relation to the stages of the partnership business was the main consideration in the arrangement of the provisions. This (arrangement) was of course made without sacrificing the discussion on each particular provision; paying attention to the nuances of each and how it ultimately affects the partnership business. The discussion of this book on the topic of agency (on the other hand) focuses on the life of the agency beginning from its creation, the obligations of the agent and the principal up until the termination of the contract.
