James Regina C. Dabhi, S. J. is the research Director at the Human Development and Research Centre formally known as Behaviourial Science Centre, Ahmedabad. He was country Director of Afghanistan Research and Development Institute (ARDI) based in Kabul and visiting Professor at Herat and Bamiyan Universities in Afghanistan teaching sociology, social research and development management.
