O autor, Joao Palla Martins, desejou neste album fotografar a essencia fisica desta comunidade que os livros de historia nao assinalam, mas nos conduz a uma viagem que remonta ao Sec. XVI. Os rostos que se pode ver neste album sao a memoria da identidade luso-asiatica desta comunidade, um arquivo vivo que carrega os seus ethnos e genes. The author, Joao Palla Martins, wanted to portray in this album the physical essence of this community which is not shown in history books and it takes us back to a journey into the 16th century. The faces we can see in this album are this community's memory of the luso-asian identity, a living archive bearing with their ethnos and genes.
