Our first volume captures raw, personal accounts of those who have experienced mental health from diverse people around Aotearoa/New Zealand. Some have chosen to remain anonymous. All are real. This volume hopes to bring those unheard voices of Aotearoa into the light and to increase awareness and continue important conversations. Though they are hard conversations to have, they are necessary.
