Labor mobility is always associated with the process of industrialization, urbanization and the development of each country or each locality. The content of the book shows that along with the continuous decline in rubber prices in recent years, labor mobility has caused instability and puts pressure on labor shortage (especially young workers) for smallholder rubber industry. This poses problems for the smallholder rubber area in general and Binh Duong in particular for future existence and development. The author focuses on reflecting the actual labor situation, trend of shifting smallholder rubber workers in Binh Duong province in the context of the province's high urbanization in recent years, and comments on the trend of smallholder rubber labor movement in the future.
