This book is a bilingual bilingual bilingual bilingual dictionary of liquor culture classified by subject, containing about 20,000 entries. Under the guidance of theories such as terminology and functional lexicography, the entire dictionary system is divided into two categories: liquor technology and liquor culture. Liquor technology is divided into six sub-categories: liquor category, brewing raw materials, koji-making process, liquor-making process, liquor body design, and quality standards; under liquor culture category, it is divided into wine administration etiquette, wine names and wine vessels, wine people and wine affairs, literature and art 4 subcategories. The dictionary uses two methods of description and explanation, implements bilingual interpretation in Chinese and English, and builds a liquor knowledge system.
