This book is a derivative book of the seminar titled Peoples Names Public & beyond organized by Professor Gao Shiming in Jinze, Shanghai in October 2012. The book contains a number of papers, including law professor Wu Guo Madai proposed an article on establishing a legal system based on sharing and negotiation from the perspective of public property, and there are also articles that start from the historical situations of China, Japan, and the United States and illustrate each authors community view through specific cases. Several authors in the book explore the same problem from different angles: how to keep the community dynamically connected like water, neither evaporating into lonely vapor nor freezing into totalitarian ice.
