Butterworths Hong Kong Patent Law Handbook – Fourth Edition includes important, new patent cases decided between 2019 and 2022 by the English courts and the courts of other common law jurisdictions such as Australia. Importantly, it also takes into account the Hong Kong Patents Examination Guidelines (PEG) published by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department in 2020.
