Madison Adams had had it for Cindy Rush since she first set foot in their school.
Having illegally migrated to the United States of America with her younger brother Mark via cargo shipping, Cindy had had to go through various lengths just to make their ends meet, including striking a very risky and illegal deal with a conniving man in exchange for her and her brother’s upkeep and education there in Mississippi, USA.
As an illegal immigrant, Cindy struggled to avoid any situation that could lead to her drawing attention from legal officers with the great fear of hers and Mark’s deportation back to their country where she didn’t believe there was anything left for them.
An unexpected series of events and realizations then follow where she had no choice but to blindly place her fate squarely in the hands of the one person she wouldn’t trust in the whole world having being torn between watching her greatest joy’s demise and watching all her fears come to life.
