Two years ago Hauraki writers Alison Carter, Lora Mountjoy, Julie Sargisson and Catherine Delahunty decided to make more space in their lives for poetry. The four women met regularly to share and critique their poems. This book contains work which came out of this time, poetry which touches on family and relationships but also explores the personal, political and environmental concerns which were part of life “on our watch”.
