The Dignity Project. NGO-CEDAW and artist Mona Simon created this project to portray the strength and dignity of survivors of domestic violence. This positive perspective contrasts with the normal community attitude of blaming women for the violence which they experience. The Project includes artistic portraits of survivors of violence accompanied by stories of their experiences and an explanation of the gaps in the existing Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Protection of Victims.
