Wildlife photographer Peter Ong takes the reader on a journey through the various terrain of Peninsular Malaysia - from the urban parks of Kuala Lumpur to the montane cloud forests of the Central Forest Spine, to the tip of the ancient Nakawan Range which borders Thailand - in search of the twelve species of primate found on the peninsula. Peter introduces the reader not just to the primates and the terrain, but also to the communities who live with and the work towards conserving our closest living relatives in the natural world.
