When Udengwu Maduka, alias Odogwu was recalled from exile to help fight the people of Oguma to reclaim an ancestorial land for his people, little did he know that this singular act was going to transform him from being a community reprobate to that of a local folk hero. Everything began to work for him afterwards, until he was elected into the House of Parliament as a member of the parliament (MP). But things took a different dimension when he dared Ngene, the goddess of fertility, by conniving with some misguided youths to destroy its shrine and sacred tree. Did Odogwo survive this?
