Legal Problems and Solutions: Day by day, legal problems in Indonesia are becoming more complicated and the details of the cases vary. This makes legal experts and legal academics think hard about providing more concrete and scientific discourse related to the various legal cases. In this book, the author collects various writings that the author has written both as teaching materials for lectures and as papers in discussion forums related to legal issues, the contents of which target legal cases that generally exist in Indonesia. Indeed, we have published quite a few in English because some of these articles have been conveyed by the author in various international forums.
