The book is an embodiment of law, practice and procedure on human rights and their enforcement. It is my strong belief that it will be a veritable legal tool for law students, law lecturers, and members of the Bar and Bench and all those entrusted with the mandate to dispense justice particularly when dealing with human right cases.
