This book is a collection of essays on the various aspects of Nigeria's electoral process. The essays discussed the framework that sets up and is used to operate Nigeria's current electoral process, including the constitutional and statutory powers, authority and operational roles of Nigeria's national electoral body, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which is charged with the responsibility of organising credible elections in Nigeria.
