In today's world, more attention is given to multiethnic diversity whereas the issue of languages is not taken into account. There is always a question about language policy: why do we need a language policy? Sometimes, the language policies are not made explicit due to various reasons, but there are always implicit language policies present in the education policy of a country, e.g. there are cultural assumptions about language, and the best way to talk or write.
