Dr. Earl Honeycutt and Mr. Sandy Lichauco have produced an outstanding new edition about the vast area of Philippine Medals and Tokens issued by the Spanish, United States Administration, Japanese Occupation, and the Republic of the Philippines. Since no work on medals had occured in almost 40 years since Aldo Basso's 1st and 2nd editions, Earl had his work cut for him in his first three editions. Earl and Sandy's research has resulted in an outstanding fourth edition that greatly expands and refines earlier editions by increased information expansion to over 2200 listings.
